Due to the personal nature of the products we sell, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the products are defective.
In the event that an item is damaged in transit, please notify our customer service team within 24 hours. Remember to send back all items including any free items that came with the purchase. If all items are not returned, the return will not be accepted.
If you have received an incorrect item, notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item. We will work with you to reach a satisfactory resolution such as a return for a replacement of the products or refund.
After 7 days, our return policy expires and refunds/returns/exchanges are no longer covered.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, and we do not offer exchanges on any of our products. All single opened sheet masks are final sale.
Moshiso can only accept returns for products purchased on our website (http://www.moshiso.com). Products purchased from brick-and-mortar locations must be returned to the location of purchase, in accordance to the location’s own return policy.
We do not offer direct exchanges on any of our products.
